Hide unsightly gaps around radiator pipes

• Each Ali Pipe Cover comprises two interlocking sections which join together around a 15mm radiator pipe. Simply cut to size and insert pieces of your flooring into each half.
• These radiator pipe collars come in a choice of six recess depths (height) to cater for a variety of thicknesses of floorcoverings, including luxury vinyl tiles (click and dryback), rigid tiles SPC/WPC (composites), laminate and some engineered wood flooring. Choose the most suitable for your flooring: 3mm, 5mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm, or 15mm.
• Likewise, the design of the Ali Pipe Covers allows for the natural expansion and contraction of flooring (if required).
• The outer edge of each pipe collar comes in a choice of four metal finishes: black, antique, brass, chrome and are manufactured from aluminium.

Fitting tips for the Ali Pipe Covers

• This manufacturer's video shows how to cut and fix flooring into the pipe cover recess.
• These pipe collars work with 15mm diameter radiator pipes.
• You can use adhesive to fix your flooring into the pipe covers, if you choose.

Clearance Allowance

• Minimum clearance needed assuming a 15mm pipe = 16mm
• Maximum expansion hole around pipe to ensure it is covered by the pipe collars = 44mm diameter

Hole-saw size guide

If you are using a hole-saw (see video) then the following guide allows for a 2mm allowance for the blade thickness:

• 3mm recess depth/height, 44mm diameter: use a 48mm hole saw
• 5mm recess depth/height, 44mm diameter: use a 48mm hole-saw
• 8mm recess depth/height, 44mm diameter: use a 48mm hole-saw
• 10mm recess depth/height, 44mm diameter: use a 48mm hole-saw
• 12mm recess depth/height, 44mm diameter: use a 48mm hole-saw
• 15mm recess depth/height, 48mm diameter: use a 52mm hole-saw
